You’re opting to reserve your trip with this $350 deposit per person option. Please confirm that you are within the window of 90 days or more before the trip start date to be able to use this option, If you are not within that 90 day window, you will need to opt for the full payment option which you can find here. After paying your deposit, you will receive an email invoice with the balance due 2 months before the start date of the trip which will be payable upon receipt to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 60 days or more before the trip start date there is a $350 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellations 59-22 days before the trip start date there is a 50% cancellation fee per person.
Cancellations 21 days or less, no refund is possible.
If unforeseen circumstances arise and Camino Quest must cancel the trip, you will either be refunded for the entire amount you have paid or it will be rescheduled for a mutually agreed upon future pilgrimage.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. If you have to cancel your trip, and aren't eligible for a refund due to the cancellation policy, you will typically be refunded through the insurance company. For our recommendations please click here.
Booking Flights:
Do not book your flight until your spot on the pilgrimage is confirmed. Note: On flights originating from the USA, you will lose 1 day traveling to Europe - take this into consideration when looking at departure dates. Please schedule your flight to arrive prior to, or as early as possible on the pilgrimage start date.
