If you prefer to reserve your spot with a $350 PER PERSON deposit, use this link here. Reserving a pilgrimage with a deposit is only available if the transaction is processed 90 days or more before the trip start date, otherwise, you will need to opt for the full payment option. After paying your deposit, you will receive an email invoice with the balance due 2 months before the start date of the trip which will be payable upon receipt to secure your spot.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Standard Cancellation by Participant:

    • 60+ days before start date: $350 cancellation fee per person. (Refunds are net of third-party processing fees).

    • 59-22 days before start date: 50% cancellation fee per person. (Refunds are net of third-party processing fees).

    • 21 days or less: No refund is possible.

  • Cancellation by Camino Quest LLC (Operational):

    • If we cancel due to under-enrollment or operational inability to run the trip, you will receive a full refund. (Refunds are net of third-party processing fees).

  • Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control):

    • If Camino Quest LLC is prevented from performing its obligations due to Acts of God, war, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control ("Force Majeure"), we will recover as much of the tour costs as possible from our vendors / third party providers. You will receive a refund of these recovered funds, less a reasonable administrative fee. Any unrecoverable funds may be issued as a future travel credit rather than a cash refund.

Travel Insurance:

Camino Quest LLC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip Cancellation/Interruption

  • Emergency Medical Expenses

  • Emergency Medical Evacuation (Repatriation)

  • Baggage Loss and Travel Delay

Booking Flights:

Do not book your flight until your spot on the pilgrimage is confirmed. Note: On flights originating from the USA, you will lose 1 day traveling to Europe - take this into consideration when looking at departure dates. Please schedule your flight to arrive prior to, or as early as possible on the pilgrimage start date.
